HAM Running is for anyone with a goal, from finishing your first-ever 5k to running faster and further than ever before, we take the guesswork out of the equation and will work with you to create a customized training plan tailored to YOU. 

Most importantly, HAM Running is designed to help each athlete enjoy the journey to the finish line with support, expert knowledge, and someone who can make adjustments to meet the demands of your life and goals. We are a community that supports one another in both running and in life. Our approach fosters forward motion in all aspects—whether you need motivation and accountability, support designing and structuring your training, or race strategy—we are here to help as much as you need. 

If 1-on-1 coaching is not for you, we offer customized 5K, 10K, half-marathon, marathon, and ultramarathon plans.

HAM Running offers several coaching/training programs to fit any athlete’s needs. To ensure all runners receive the personalized attention and care they deserve, each coach has a limited number of athletes they work with. When those slots are full, runners will be put on a waiting list until a slot opens up.
